Co-Founder & Principal
Clive brings a sharp eye for real estate and a track record in commercial investment to Carolina Workspace. With a background spanning private equity and property development, he identified the growing demand for premium, flexible workspace in the Piedmont region and set out to build something the market was missing. Clive oversees the strategic direction of the property and ensures every square foot is working as hard as the members inside it.
David Glass
Co-Founder & Principal
David brings deep operational expertise and a member-first philosophy to everything Carolina Workspace does. With a background in business development and asset management, he focuses on creating an environment where professionals can do their best work - day in and day out.
